Based on the remaining balance after compensating for accounts payable and accounts receivable Explanation: ====================== Financial support Purchasing counterparties are generally responsible for procuring funds independently, but when financial assistance is absolutely required, special payments can be made to purchasing counterparties upon receiving GM approval, and based on the remaining balance after accounting for outstanding accounts payable and accounts receivable on the day of the payment. ====================== Kindof a chunky sentence, but this is basically what it's saying. Basically, its saying you can offer financial assistance based on the remaining balance of your total outstanding accounts-payable (which is money owed to you: 債権) after subtracting your outstanding liabilities (which is money you have to pay: 債務)...assuming the former is higher, of course. Good luck. |

up to the amount equal to the balance obtained by offsetting the confirmed receivables and payables Explanation: 結果的には同じことですが、’確定した’は’残高’ではなく’債権債務’にかかるものと思われます。 |
