Sublimer - Sublimar, que é sinónimo de purificar. Purificar, por sua vez, equivale a limpar, purgar, eliminar as impurezas. "Creme de purificação" pareceu-me desajustado, até porque nem se utiliza habitualmente; "creme de limpeza", pelo contrario, é corrente em português.
