2-ledig

English translation: binary

Medical - Medical (general)
Dutch term or phrase: 2-ledig
This term comes up a couple of times in a report on coronary angiography. When describing the status of each vessel, the text has '1. marginal: 2-ledig, 25-50%' or '1. diagonal: 3-ledig, wandonregelmatigheden', so I think the term describes the stenosis found.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Explanation:
or - not constricted, possibly - free of narrowing

also - empty/void

I think this refers to the status of each vessel as you have pointed out, the present state of each vessel.

Also the walls of the vessel in 3-ledig are irregular, uneven, also indicating some kind and level of obstruction/constriction/narrowing; parietal, irregularity

CT Angiography Predicts Mortality From Coronary Disease, EBT Scans Show
from Heartwire — a professional news service of WebMD

... senior author Dr Matthew Budoff (Harbor-University of California, Los Angeles [UCLA] Medical Center, Torrance) told heartwire. "We now have some evidence that the plaque we see on CT angiography and the stenosis we see on CTA actually have prognostic implications." ... Moreover, coronary artery calcium score, added to presence or absence of CAD by EBT angiography, increased the predictive power of the test.

Survival, According to CTA-Diagnosed CAD*

Disease severity Survival rate (%)
No CAD 98.3
Nonobstructive, 1-vessel 97.3
Nonobstructive, 2-vessel 95.4
Nonobstructive, 3-vessel 93.1
Obstructive, 1-vessel 92.9
Obstructive, 2-vessel 89.7
Obstructive, 3-vessel 80

"The primary results of our study reveal that the burden of angiographic disease detected by CTA positively correlates with the incidence of all-cause mortality among patients with suspected CAD referred for evaluation in an outpatient setting," Ostrom et al write. "This is the first study to demonstrate that CTA is incremental to traditional risk factors plus coronary calcium in predicting all-cause mortality. . . .
