Hi Lisa,

The dilemma here is really whether or not to use the passive voice.

The idea is that one of the things the workshop will look into is all the blurb that follows. The problem with using the passive voice is where to place the "is analysed" becuase you would normally put it after the blurb. Since it's so long winded, by the time you come to that part, you'd have to back track a lot to trace what it refers to properly.

You'll have to decide on what verb form to use, but the idea is that this is something that is going to be done in the workshop, not something that the authors are in two mind about.

I don't normally post a 5 confidence level and won't this time either, but I'm pretty certain that this is the meaning you need to convey here.
