忠実に翻訳するならdocumentで妥当でしょうが、入社希望者の身元証明のための書類で、こういう一連の書類をまとめてportfolioとよくいいます。日本語の履歴書の中には「適職だと思う理由」や『適性」を書く欄があり、単に履歴だけでなく本人のstatementも含まれるし、portfolioが妥当のように思います。
そういうときはYou are required to submit your portfolio consisting with the following documents...などのような文が使われます。
