"persons who have been employed of Mr. X's business establishment", wiht the word "of" in it this has no meaning in English, it is nonsense.
This is ***probably*** what the writer should have written:
"The above limitation shall also apply to persons who are employed by Mr. X's company and to persons who have left the employement of that company within the last six months"
