たとえばシャワーを浴びる際には….、この状態で穿刺部分に適当な大きさにきったガーゼを数枚当て、そのうえに**オブサイト**等で固定します。

This sounds vaguely familiar but all Google is giving me is "out of sight" - doesn't seem to be a brand name, either AFAICT. Must be some kind of sticking plaster to keep the gauze affixed to the puncture site (for a cannula device) - any ideas? どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
