epidemie la scara redusa sau concentrata pe anumite grupe Explanation: E doar o presupunere... low-level epidemic (less than 1 percent prevalence in the general population and in high-risk groups). concentrated epidemic (less than 1 percent prevalence in the general population but more than 5 percent prevalence in high-risk groups). In a concentrated epidemic, HIV may remain confined to circles of people with higher risk behavior because there are few links between those groups and the general population. epidemie locala, cu caracter restrictiv Explanation: Virusul gripei (un virus ARN) poate provoca două tipuri de epidemii. Al doilea tip de epidemie este numit pandemie, deoarece are dimensiuni globale. http://www.cadranpolitic.ro/view_article.asp?item=2483 High and low level From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (Redirected from High-level) Jump to: navigation, search High level and low level are terms used in classifying levels of description and goals in many fields where systems could be described from different perspectives. A high level description is one that describes "top level" goals, overall systemic features, is more abstracted, and is typically more concerned with the system as a whole, and its goals. A low level description is one that describes individual components, detail rather than overview, rudimentary functions rather than complex overall ones, and is typically more concerned with individual components within the system and how they operate. Low and high level are relative; for example the graphics engine that drives a computer game and works at the level of entities in the game, is high level compared to the video subsystem DirectX that works on the level of renderable objects, which itself is high level compared to a vertex shader within that system. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-level low-level in acest caz se refera la localizarea epidemiei, pe cand "concentrated" se refera la restrictionarea ei la un grup social sau functie de alt criteriu |

epidemie concentrată şi epidemie restrânsă Explanation: Guidelines for HIV Surveillance among Tuberculosis Patients At all levels of an HIV epidemic (*low-level*, *concentrated*, generalized), routine HIV-testing data—when available—should be used for surveillance purposes. In countries with a **concentrated epidemic** (HIV prevalence consistently over 5% in at least one defined subpopulation, e.g. intravenous drug-users (IDUs); sex-workers (SWs), men who have sex with men (MSM), and less than 1% in pregnant women in urban areas) In countries with a **low-level HIV epidemic** (HIV prevalence has not consistently exceeded 5% in any defined subpopulation) and where HIV-testing is not routinely offered to TB patients, periodic (special) surveys (at intervals of 2–3 years) or sentinel surveys should be conducted among TB patients. amro.who.int/English/AD/DPC/CD/tb-hiv-surv-who.htm epidemie restrânsă/de nivel redus, epidemie concentrată, epidemie generalizată determină cazuri sporadice şi endemii sau *epidemii restrânse* www.sanatateplus.net/html/home.php?parinte=2&index=21&fisie...
