para amalgamar/ligar la pasta con salsa y queso


Explanation:
mantecare:legare e ammoribidire una preparazione con l'aggiunta di altri ingredienti;
mantecare: ...quando si fa saltare in padella della pasta mescolandola a del sugo o del formaggio.
quindi il senso di tutta l'orazione potrebbe essere quella di "saltear la pasta, amalgamándola con salsa y queso"

Non è "imburrare", cioè "untar con mantequilla".
Forse potrebbe essere "mantecado". Si trova qualche riferimento in rete.
