Explanation:
Without knowing more, any translation is more or less speculative. So you might just want to stay on the safe side.

I'd assume Reste is surplus product or possibly backlog orders, but not quite sure it has to do with any kind of "residue" as David suggests.

agree  Steffen Walter: "Reste" could as well be "residual stock/remainders (of previously produced batches)" or the like but we do need more context to be sure.
