agree  rkillings: E1 is an event-risk rating by S&P. And don't confuse the technical jargon meaning of "line" here with its broader sense of a type of insurance business (personal lines, commercial lines, "monoline").

  -> I hadn't thought of Standard and Poor's, but I'm not sure that this is correct as, according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_&_Poor's, no such rating exists.
