Es geht um Versicherungspolicen mit Gewinnbeteiligung:


For each policy, the current cash value is subject to a maximum of the value of units including annual bonus. The result ***is the subject to a minimum*** of the bonus reserve valuation.

Auch hier bereitet mir die Formulierung Schwierigkeiten, insbesondere das Verb. Meine vorläufige Übersetzung, mit der ich überhaupt nicht zufrieden bin, lautet:

"Das Ergebnis **unterliegt** einem Minimum der Bewertung der Dividendenreserven."
