Il termine cornerinig viene tradotto nel campo meccanico con "in curva". Quì trattandosi di miniere potrebbe trattarsi di zone curve a curvatura, a gomito:

Mi spiego meglio. Girando la frase così (questo è ciò che stava pensando il mio cervello): Macchine per lavori (...) e in miniera, che in particolare posseggano elevata capacità di lavoro sulla lunga distanza, di svolta e di operare in condizioni geologiche complesse.

Perché se si traduce con le altre opzioni mi pare che la frase risulti non bellina in italiano. Anche se le traduzioni sono correttissime (per la parola in sé). Per questo ho rivoltato la frase.
