Explanation:
ho trovato su internet INE Identifiant National élève. Potrebbe essere quello. Si tratta quindi di un numero identificativo. Io lascerei così con eventualmente una spiegazione fra parentesi. In fondo è quella la sigla che serve se si devono andare a ricercare i dati.

Explanation:
Trattandosi di un diploma di laurea questo "numero identificativo" dovrebbe corrispondere al nostro "numero di matricola".

Ciao Kero. Poichè in Italia, a lvello universitario, il codice identificativo di uno studente è il suo numero di matricola:

Quando ti iscrivi all'Università, ti viene assegnato un codice composto da alcune cifre: è il numero di matricola. Ogni numero è diverso dagli altri e identifica un solo studente all'interno dell'Università.

Il numero è fatto secondo lo schema XXXXXX/XX e le ultime due cifre (quelle dopo la barra) costituiscono il codice di controllo.

Questo numero è accuratamente generato in modo da essere la combinazione di cifre meno memorizzabile dell'universo e, cosa che a nessuna matricola (= nuovo iscritto all'università) viene mai detto: IN QUASI TUTTI GLI ESAMI CHE FARETE VI VERRA' CHIESTO IL NUMERO DI MATRICOLA, quindi portatevelo sempre con voi.
