Great to hear you like the idea of buying your own,hassle-free, private winery. In total, we create a strictly limited number of 20 private wineries. They cover 2 hectare (5 acres) each and all are provided with the same, full facilities. The Initial Investment is EUR XXXXX. including all local notary, registration and transfer fees. This amount is refundable upon request and "re-issuance" by the XXXXXX, subject to a "transfer fee". Frais de transfert? Merci! :-)

Explanation:
Je crois que dans la phrase précédente, "This amount is refundable upon request and re-issuance", il est question de ré-émettre des documents. Les frais qui y sont reliés sont donc des frais de re-délivrance ou même de délivrance tout court car le "re" est superflu.

D'ailleurs, on voit dans la phrase précédente " including all local notary, registration and transfer fees" que des "transfer fees" sont inclus dans "amount"; ces premier "transfer fees" semblent être des frais de cession. Comment "amount", qui inclut des frais de cession, peut-il être remboursable moyennant d'autres frais de cession ?

neutral  Tony M: I've a feeling we're reading this completely differently! I think it's about getting your investment back only if the winery is 'issued' to someone else, in which case, cost of transfer to new owner will be deducted from your reimbursement
