I coniugi hanno l'obbligo di reciproca comunicazione di ogni eventuale cambio di residenza e con espresso consenso al rilascio e al rinnovo dei rispettivi passaporti e dei documenti occorrenti per l'espatrio."

Non trovo una soluzione migliore della seguente:

"The spouses will be blinded to mutually inform of any change of residence and with explicit consent to the issue and renewal of their passports and of the documentation required fot the expatriation."
