fikcyjny odbiór (robót) Explanation: Nie spotkałem się jeszcze z polskim tłumaczeniem np. VOB, więc jest to "Neuland", ale moim zdaniem oddawałoby to podane znaczenie. Jeżeli Zleceniodawca nie odebrał (bez istotnego powodu, usterek) prac, to uznaje się, że taki odbiór miał miejsce. Nazwałbym to właśnie fikcyjnym odbiorem. |
