In italiano si chiamano frese entrambe.
E' sempre un dilemma distinguerle in questo modo, ma così è.
Il trapano (che si dice certamente drill) in questo caso è indicato da drill system, qui si parla esclusivamente di frese.

Lo so che ciò non risolve il tuo problema, ovvero di distinguerle in qualche modo. Ti avrei proposto frese da osso per drill...ma si nomina l'osso anche nelle bur..quindi non è utilizzabile.
Forse per bur potresti usare "frese da turbina/micromotore", ma dipende da che testo stai traducendo.

il fatto è che trapano si usa sia con le frese, che con le frese chirurgiche.
Io penso, in base al conteso che abbiamo qui, che tradurrei con:
Frese/sistemi per frese
Frese chirurgiche/sistemi per frese chirurgiche

A me sembra chiaro in questo modo.
