à la rémunération


Explanation:
Se trata de los haberes que va a percibir el profesor. O sea lo que le van a pagar o remunerar. Por tanto creo que esa sería la traducción. "Rémunération" no es tan vago como "avoirs" (ya que avoirs no sólo se refiere al salario sino también al patrimonio o a los créditos en su favor) y tampoco tan específico como "salaire" (que es puntualmente lo que se paga mes a mes). "Rémunération" es la idea intermedio a la que pienso apunta el autor.
