Asker: Erst einmal vielen Dank für die Anregungen - mir scheint trotz alledem, "Gründungsunterlagen" oder "Gründungsdokumente" sind viel enger gefasst, als "organizational documents", deshalb habe ich diese Frage hier gestellt; zu den "organizational documents" zählt Metro East beispielsweise auch den "Code of Conduct" (http://www.mctv.org/info/?id=38), den ich nicht als "Gründungsdokument" bezeichnen würde, manchmal werden auch Geschäftsordnungen von Gremien darunter aufgeführt...any further suggestions? Thank you all!
