Der Wetthalter besitzt eine maltesische Buchmacherlizenz, die zur Veranstaltung, Annahme und Vermittlung von Wetten aller Art berechtigt.

Der Betreuer erbringt dbei in Bezug auf die Wettannahmestellen (nachstehend „Betreiber“) Leistungen gegenüber dem Wetthalter.

Sorry for posting 2 terms at once.... but I feel that this really is one entry as the 2 terms have to complement each other. I hope this is reasonable to people.
