Japanese term or phrase: 学術企画スタッフ
I know they are staff members of a pharmaceutical company, but I'm not sure what 学術企画 (academic planning?) refers to. I am guessing it could be related to publishing academic papers/organizing meetings etc. but I could be wrong.

Academic department staffs

Language variant: Staffs in (charge of) academic department

Explanation:
If translated directly, 'academic planning staff' would be correct. But, it sounds rather out of place. That's because the staffs are in charge of not only planning but researching arrangement, publishing and even reception of people in academic fields (mainly doctors).
