Se non si trattasse di un reparto ospedaliero, concorderei con Mihaela.

Il fatto è che nel mondo anglosassone, "neuropathophysiology department" e "neurophysiopathology department" non esistono se non nelle traduzioni dal giapponese (il primo) e dall'italiano (il secondo).
La mia opinione è questa. Io tradurrei con "Neurophysiology Department".

Apart from the fact that there is an exact translation from the Italian Neurofisiopatologia in this link
