Hola de nuevo, estoy traduciendo las normas de conducta judicial y tengo este termino, ojala me puedan ayudar: The principle of judicial independence requires security of tenure for holders of judicial offices, providing that they should not be removed unless by a careful process with adequate safeguards against its being employed for getting rid of judges whose views are unfavourable to those who control the machinery of removal.

Son procesos de desafuero especiales, dadas las garantías de irrevocabilidad que debe tener un Juez para fallar con independencia y no poder ser presionado con amenazas de remoción de su cargo. En Argentina los llaman "Jury de Enjuiciamiento".
