D'après le Lexique des termes juridiques, 16e édition, Dalloz, 2007 : Commandement = "Acte signifié au débiteur, par l'intermédiaire d'un huissier de justice, l'invitant à payser sous peine d'être saisi. Cet acte suppose que le créancier est muni d'un titre exécutoire (dans le cas d'espèce : l'injonction). Préambule d'une saisie-vente (remplaçant la saisie-exécution), d'une saisie-appréhension ou d'une saisie immobilière...." |
