Poichè si parla di planimetria, profili, quote ho fatto una ricerca di distacchi insieme a questi termini:

Vedrai che si fa sempre rif. a "distacchi degli edifici circostanti" quindi si tratta di una "distanza".
Per essere più sicura ho continuato la ricerca e ho trovato questo link con la traduzione in inglese.

Quì il termine "distacco" viene proprio tradotto con "distance" quindi dovrebbe proprio trattarsi di "distance" in francese.
Su Hoepli : distanza fra due edifici: distance entre batiments.
Non dimenticare l'accento circonflesso sulla "a".
