Italian term or phrase: pelle di caimano lucido
Calzature realizzate con la combinazione di pelle di caimano lucido, nappa e tessuto di lino.

The problem lies with the word 'lucido' - patent leather springs to mind (cayman patent leather in this case) but need confirmation.

polished caiman skin
Explanation:
I think polished would be better than patent in this case - patent leather is usually referred to as "verniciato" or "laminato" - and 'polished' is more specific to the finishing treatment of real croc skins after tanning.
"Glossy" or "gloss-finish" would be ok, though, if you're looking for something more commercial to sell the finished footwear.

It looks like they're talking about the real thing here, so not to be confused with crocoprint or similar, which makes ordinary leather 'look like' croc skin.

I think skin rather than leather as it refers to a croc species... crocodile skin, alligator skin, caiman skin.

The spelling seems to be optional - either caiman or cayman. But I'd avoid the capital C to avoid confusion between the animal and the islands, especially if there's no proof in the text that the skin comes from that area.
