Japanese term or phrase: 君を本当に大事にしてくれる人の顔もわかりますよ。
I'm not really sure about what this person is trying to say --------but here's some of the text before the term:
少しずつ顔を上げるようにするといいですよ。
ちゃんと周りが見えるなります。
Any help is much appreciated ^^

English translation:You will find out who really cares for you. OR...
Explanation:
This is not really an answer; it is just "any help."
I think there are two possibilities:
You will find out who really cares for you.
OR
You will be able to look at the face (facial expression) of the person who really cares for you.
In the second case, the speaker can already identify who the person is.
Does any of these fit the context? It seems each sentence is made itentionally vague, so you have to put them together to see what makes sense.

agree  AniseK: I agree with the first answer, because the sentence before it suggested that this person is so self-absorbed (maybe), that he lost sight of the people around him, including those who really care about him.
