Japanese term or phrase: 出アト
Hello. I was wondering if anyone could help me with a translation of this term, which appears in a plan for mass production of tires by itself. From the text, I can see this has something to do with an approval of tire design.

Can anyone make sense of this term?
I wold appreciate your input!

Explanation:
I'm just guessing, but if you think アト means 後、then maybe 出 means to submit the document for approval. So maybe the whole phrase could mean something like "after the ??? is submitted for approval" or just "after submission". Good luck!

Submission may be the case, although I'm still thinking.

output atto

Explanation:
I had never seen this before.

アト is "atto". See the Webster and wiki.

I'm just guessing that the 出 means "output"? But total guess. Sorry I can't be more help. I'm stumped.

Note, it may just mean "a very small output", similar to the way that someone would use "nano" or "micro". But this sounds strange related to tire design.

Can you give us any more context? Does アト appear anywhere else in the document? Maybe it's a typo for 後?

I'm grasping at straws, but am very curious.
