Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / Consultancy company brochure
Spanish term or phrase: ERES
From a document listing the various services offered by a consultancy firm. In one of the 'Áreas de Intervención':

"RRHH

- Selección de directivos o mandos intermedios
- Evaluación de personal
- Planteamiento de objetivos
e incentivos motivantes
- Creación y liderazgo de comités operativos por áreas
- Definición de las tareas y funciones
- Preparación y apoyo en la tutela de **ERES**"

Is this some sort of HR software or system? Once again, this term doesn't appear anywhere else in the document. The document uses a combination of English and Spanish acronyms, so I don't know which this could be. Any HR experts out there??

Any ideas much appreciated. Spanish from Spain.

Thanks and good night!

maybe I should have rated that "4" - I have never rated a"5" before. LOL
I am pretty sure it's right though and have translated ERE often
