From a document listing the various services offered by a consultancy firm. In one of the 'Áreas de Intervención':

"VALORACIÓN Y C/V EMPRESAS

-Tutela de Mandatos de Venta
-Métodos contable y económico
-Apoyo en posición compradora o vendedora"

Again, this term doesn't appear anywhere else in the document. It looks like slightly confused Spanglish. I've found such a thing as 'vendor due diligence' so presumably it would make sense to offer a report for that. But what about the 'Pre' part? Is something missing? Could it possibly be 'Pre-sale vendor due diligence reports'?

Any ideas much appreciated. Spanish from Spain.
