English term or phrase: an invoice
Hi All,

I am looking for a term which describes combination of an invoice and a dispatch waybill. Generally speaking, an invoice and a dispatch waybill are made out separately, but in some cases companies opt to prepare an invoice only in which the dispatch waybill is also included.

Many thanks

Selected answer:Consignment invoice
Explanation:
A dispatch order is a consignment note and together they are called a "consignment invoice", if it is just a unpriced invoice where you invoice the head office and send the product to a third party than you send a packing slip which looks like a invoice but doesn't reveal the pricing.

A consignment note is shortened to "con note" (Truckies term)
