Explanation:
Income received from financial capital and proprietary rights is subject to personal income tax (PIT). Such income is subject to a 19% flat rate tax which equals the final tax liability (such income, except of loan interest received from natural persons not performing business activity, is not aggregated with income from other sources). In case the income recipient is a natural person domiciled abroad the pertinent tax rate is determined in accordance with the relevant Double Tax Treaty concluded by Poland with the jurisdiction of domicile of such individual.
