Language variant: throughout the hotel

Explanation:
Obviously not a literal translation. Here's the problem with "in every corner"--to an English speaker, it sounds like you need to be in a certain place in order to access the wireless internet. This is not the case. In fact, "wireless internet access" is readily understood to mean that you can just take your laptop there and get online--no modifier is really necessary. If you want to specify that you can get wireless internet in all rooms or throughout the hotel, just say it.
