Eu deixaria assim, "frescobol" entre aspas, e o equivalente em inglês entre parênteses.

Racketball é um esporte jogado com as raquetes de madeira, e com dois jogadores. Acredito que "paddleball" seja uma raquete só, com uma bola amarrada a um fio, e que pode ser jogado por uma pessoa só.
