Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / company structure
Spanish term or phrase: Dirección y gestión
The two cannot be posted separately since they come "in the same breath" in my text. The source is a consultancy offer, and in the list of types of help included in a contract is *Asistencia en la dirección y gestión del negocio* (last in the list after "asistencia administrativa" and under heading "Asistencia y Asesoramiento".

Old chestnuts I know, but putting the two together is a bit below the belt!! (At least on a Monday...)

by the way, if it is a specific offer to an individual company, I would say "management and administration of your business"

senior and middle management

Explanation:
The above is what springs immediately to mind, since dirección often seems to refer to the directors of departments/divisions in companies and gestión to the managers beneath them.

However, if this is the only place where these terms are used, does it really matter? Can't you just say management without making a distinction?

Nikki's reasoning is fine. This is my previous option in the other question. Always based in the AVH Financial, pages 910 and 988.
