A solvency a cég fizetőképességére vonatkozik. Ugyancsak a liquid capital azonnal pénzzé tehető tőke.

instant/immediate liquidity

Explanation:
Although liquidity does in fact refer to the potential for converting an asset to cash, there are varying levels of liquidity. Thus, I would say that the term "instant" or "immediate" is in fact necessary to stipulate how liquid the assets in question are.

Are you looking for an English equivalent for "azonnali likviditas" or "likviditasi rata"? If "azonnali likviditas", I would go with the solution I suggested above. If "likviditasi rata", I would go with "(financial) liquidity ratio" (according to the Sztaki szotar and www.findict.hu). To the best of my knowledge, an "acid-test ratio" is one particular type of liquidity ratio - others include the "current ratio" and the "operating cash flow ratio". Again, if you're looking for a general term for "likviditasi rata", then I would go with "(financial) liquidity ratio".
