Thanks Jonathan. They are talking about 'strategic management' of customs, as if it were a commercial venture, so I think this would fit best.

There should be previous discussions on this one in the glossary.

Personally, I've never seen it as simply 'performance indicators'; although it could be a report containing them.

For my sins I have to cobble together (for a French Comp in England) a 'TDB' every month that we call 'management pack' -essentially a monthly business review.

Essentially I'd suggest that it's a report and there are various names for a TDB:

management packs

business reviews

business reports

dash board etc
