If you speak German or Spanish, read it as you would read either German or Spanish. (Only that ‘Y’ is not as strong as in Spanish. Oh!　And ‘S’ is not pronounced as in ‘Z’. It’s clear.)

agree  AniseK: "Oi" as in "OY!", "De" as in "Dell", "Ma" as in "Ma Ma", "Se" as in "Say". The Guchi in "Yamaguchi" pronounced like "Gucci" the fashion house. Hope this helps.

You already have answer to your own question.

Other way to say this is to "Oide kudasai, Yamaguchi e".
To explain further .... "Oide" means "Please come".

"Oidemase" is not a standard Japanese, whereas "Irasshai mase" or "Oide kudasai" are more likely. I guess this expression is "Yamaguchi" dialect.
"Oide mase" must be a combination of the two.

On second thought, "Welcome Yamaguchi" may not be a correct answer, because the guest(s) may not be there yet.
