English term or phrase: He’s dragged through the tabloids and they make shit out of him! He’s done!
Description of how a young man's father sues the owner of a factory for his son's accident. This part describes the treatment by lawyers of the factory owner. I'm particularly interested in how to translate 'they made shit out of him!'
Also, I was thinking of using 'E' cotto' for the final 'He's done!'. What do you think?
