Un quesito di forma più che altro, poiché il senso è chiaro. Qualcuno sa se esiste una dicitura specifica o posso limitarmi a dire "notifica di accettazione/autorizzazione"?

Si parla di un farmaco.

Non so se si possa usare anche per i brevetti, ma ho trovato questa definizione:
si riceve una “Notice of Allowance” dall’USPTO ovvero un Nulla Osta
alla registrazione

su un sito relativo alle "GUIDA PRATICA ALLE ATTIVITA` COMMERCIALI & IMPRENDITORIALI NEGLI USA"

Confermo. Pare che la duddetta guida:

arrivato tardi rispetto agli altri due, comunque secondo il mio cliente sta semplicemente "senza registrazione" nella dicitura, anche se non credo che sia sbagliato :-)
