This is confusing because the text is using an English word, but I am not really sure what it means... is it some new technique or term that I haven't yet heard of? I know what "push" and "pull" mean in terms of one-to-one and internet marketing, but I can't really work out what "pull" means in the context of sales teams' activities.

Examples of the use are:
".... centrada en actividades de venta Pull...."
"Formar profundamente en productos e instalaciones a todo el equipo, convirtiéndole en experto de productos e instalaciones sanitarias, con la intención de que se convierta en puntal de apoyo de los diversos actores del proceso pull."
