Pode ocorrer a confusão sindicanda x sindicada, pois ela é mesmo sindicada. Talvez se use "sindicanda" para denotar o processo que está a acontecer. Quanto à tradução, não sei se appealed seria o melhor termo, mas o sentido é este. Espero que ajude! |
