Can you please help me with this sentence structure, can I say حملوا السلطة الفلسطينية مسؤولية ما يجري و لم يستثنوا مصر من قائمة المسؤولين
the translation is: accusing Palestinian authority about what had happened and as well as not disregarding Egypt from the list of the accountable.
