Es geht noch einmal um denselben Satz. Es ist mir nicht klar wie *business entity* hier zu verstehen ist.

meist als Geschäfts/unternehmenseinheit (= (Teil)unternehmen) oder auch nur als Unternehmen (wenn klar ist, dass als Teil des Konzerns gemeint) bezeichnet. Da hat wirklich jeder Konzern seine eigenen Vorlieben, eine Regel habe ich noch nicht entdecken können, auch nicht bei ähnlichen Strukturen.
