This is in an agreement between an asset management company and a company that wants to invest in the other firm's products.

"Les souscriptions du CLIENT dans les produits du groupe XXX seront nettes de commission de souscription, à l’exception des droits qui pourraient être acquis aux produits."

Normally "droits acquis" would be "rights vested in.." but that doesn't seem right here.
