Voici le contexte:

-Interfacing with a third-party packaged application such as SAP, Siebel, or other shrink-wrapped software to complete a common task.
-..."

Shrink-wrapped signifie thermo-scellé, mais ici c'est au figuré j'imagine. Avez-vous une idée? Pré-emballé par exemple? Je précise que pour "packaged application" j'ai trouvé "application empaquetée".

Explanation:
s'interfacer avec des progiciels commercialisés par des sociétés tierces tels que SAP ou Siebel, ou avec des logiciels de grande diffusion pour effectuer une tâche usuelle.
Je pense qu'il est inutile de rendre très exactement "packaged" et "shrink-wrapped" : cela oppose simplement les progiciels configurables et extensibles, sous forme de modules, avec les produits standard vendus dans les grandes surfaces par ex.
La formulation exacte importe peu si l'idée y est.
