Może coś w tym kierunku?
Chociaż jeśli chodzi o premie, to raczej po prostu "performance based bunus". Tu wychodziłoby nam: "consistent performance based bonus". Z pewną taką nieśmiałością... :-)

Tego nie da się załatwić i przetłumaczyć bez konkretnego kontekstu.
Maintance tu w ogóle moim zdaniem nie pasuje.
You reward good perfromace. Reward/ bonus for good performance. Mówimy też o sales performance lub high/low sales levels, ale jeśli w kontekście premii te "levelsy" zdecydowanie radziłabym pominąć, żeby nie wyszło w Ponglish. :-)

Aha, kolejność musi być odwrotna, jeśli już koniecznie i bezwarunkowo chcesz się posłużyć tym poziomem: "performance level'.

Asker: konkretnie kontekst jest taki: "Premia za utrzymanie poziomu" - i tyle. Taki sobie wymyślili tytuł premii (i żeby było śmieszniej nie da się wyciągnąć z dokumentu czego to ma być poziom konkretnie...)

neutral  maciejm: "za utrzymanie poziomu" i "za dobry/wysoki poziom" to dwie zupełnie różne rzeczy. Też uważam, że "maintenance" nie pasuje i jestem za odpowiedzią WItolda. M
