As important as this may be, it may be falling upon a deaf ear. Therefore, you want to have a buffet of benefits that you can use depending upon the scenario and the person you are talking with.
What does your product or service do for them, specifically? It's one thing to share the benefits that the company may experience but what about the person you are speaking with face to face or who is on the other end of the phone?
