demandes de brevet Explanation: Quelle 1: demande de brevet Quelle 2: demande d’enregistrement Quelle 3: Definition Schutzrecht: Patent Schutzrecht auf eine technische Erfindung, so daß dessen Inhaber das alleinige Nutzungsrecht für die Erfindung besitzt. Patentschutz erteilt in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland auf Antrag (Patentanmeldung) und gegen Gebühren das Deutsche Patentamt, für das Gebiet Europas das Europäische Patentamt (beide mit Sitz in München). Patente lassen sich für längstens 20 Jahre schützen und können auch gegen eine Lizenz an Dritte vergeben werden. Patente werden in der Buchführung als immaterielles Anlagevermögen geführt. Patente werden im Patentblatt bekanntgemacht und in die Patentrolle eingetragen. Voraussetzung einer Eintragung ist nach Patentgesetz vom 02.01.1968 eine soziologische und technische Brauchbarkeit mit den Kriterien der objektiven Ausführbarkeit, Wiederholbarkeit, Neuheit und bisher fehlenden Öffentlichkeit.
